Privacy Policy

DEFCON Todo by QuantiphAi · Effective September 24, 2026

The short version

DEFCON Todo does not collect, store, share or sell any of your personal information. Your to-do list stays on your phone.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter in DEFCON Todo — tasks, projects, priorities, due dates, notes, email addresses, phone numbers and website links — is stored only on your phone. The app has no servers and no accounts, and it does not send your data to us or to anyone else.

No tracking, ads or analytics

DEFCON Todo contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party software that collects data. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Backups you control

If you use Email Backup or Save or Share Backup, the app creates a backup file of your list and hands it to the app you choose, such as Mail or Files. Where that file goes is up to you; we never receive it. If your phone is backed up with iCloud (iPhone) or Google (Android), your list may be included in that backup under Apple’s or Google’s own privacy terms. Your PIN is never included.

PIN lock

If you turn on the optional PIN lock, your PIN is never stored. Only a scrambled (hashed) version is kept in the app’s private, secure storage on your phone so the app can check it.

Calls, emails and websites

When you tap Call, Email or Website on a task, DEFCON Todo simply opens your phone’s dialer, email app or web browser. What happens there is covered by those apps’ own privacy policies.

Children

DEFCON Todo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
